What's a Webinar?
A webinar is just like a seminar, but it's conducted over the Web. It includes a PowerPoint presentation accompanied by audio delivered via standard telephone. Audience members are encouraged to participate in the discussion either verbally or via chat.

Return/Refund policy – There are no refunds but we will give customers a credit towards a future webinar if you are unable to make the one you signed up for.
Schedule change? No problem, send us an e-mail before the session and your payment can be credited to another upcoming session.
Cancellation policy – If we cancel a webinar we will provide a full refund.
